Registration and Cancellation Conditions *
Registration for an event requires payment of the fee. Cancellation must take place in writing. If a booking is cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 10% of the participation fee is due, however, the minimum cancellation fee payable is 50 €. Please understand that after this deadline it is, unfortunately, not possible to cancel with reimbursement and you will be billed for the full amount. However, we would be happy to accept a suitable substitute participant designated by you without additional costs. The organizer reserves the right to examine the suitability of the substitute participant. Hardship cases will be given special treatment. In order to meet the deadline we must receive your cancellation in writing by mail, fax or email. In cases of non-attendance, regardless of the reasons, 100% of the event costs are due. Hardship cases will be given special treatment. Participants do not have a right to cancel if the planned-upon location of the event within Berlin is changed for important reasons. You will generally receive the bill 2-4 weeks before the event begins. 2-4 weeks before the beginning of the event you will also receive an email with all further information. * Not relevant if you have registered for the informational evening.
